The Quick Ship Collinear wall lamp from Blueprint Lighting ships fast without sacrificing design. Learn why it's a top choice for expedited lighting and how it fits your space.
Quick Answer
The Quick Ship Collinear is a Bauhaus-inspired wall lamp that ships immediately, eliminating the typical lead time for custom lighting. Its asymmetrical blown-glass globes add visual interest without delaying your project.
Why Quick Ship Matters for Your Timeline
When you're on a tight renovation or staging schedule, waiting weeks for a custom fixture can derail your plan. Blueprint Lighting's Quick Ship program pre-builds select designs so they're ready to box and ship the same day you order. The Quick Ship Collinear is one of those designs, meaning you get the same Bauhaus-inspired look without the wait.
The Asymmetry That Makes It Interesting
Unlike symmetrical sconces, the Collinear places two glass globes on one end and one on the other. This imbalance draws the eye and works well in hallways, above a console, or as a reading light where you want a sculptural element. The blown glass gives each globe subtle variation, so no two fixtures look exactly alike.
Trade-Off: Limited Finish Options
Because this is a Quick Ship item, you choose only the finish—not custom glass colors or arm lengths. The available finishes are pre-selected to match common décor styles, but if you need a specific metal tone not offered, you'll have to look at the made-to-order line. For most buyers, the trade-off is worth the speed.
Decision Rules for the Quick Ship Collinear
- You need the fixture within a week: Order the Quick Ship Collinear. It ships from stock, so you'll have it in days, not weeks. Check stock before ordering to confirm availability.
- You want a sculptural, asymmetrical look: The uneven globe arrangement is the main design feature. If you prefer perfect symmetry, choose a different sconce.
- You need a specific custom finish: Quick Ship Collinear comes in pre-selected finishes only. If your project requires a custom color, go with the made-to-order option instead. Review the available finishes on the product page.
Product Facts
- Quick Ship Collinear: Inspired by the principles of the Bauhaus movement, Collinear builds upon the clean lines and minimalist form of our Segment Wall Sconce to create a unique and eye-catching design. Featuring two beautiful blown glass globes on one end and one on the other, Collinear creates a beautifully imbalanced look. The asymmetry adds visual drama to a wall, making it a focal point without overwhelming the room. The blown glass also means each fixture has its own character.
