Quick answer
The Quick Ship Jenny Glass Wall Sconce is a ready-to-ship version of our popular Jenny sconce, featuring a blown glass globe, enameled aluminum, and brass. Expect a substantial, sculptural fixture that arrives within days.
What makes the Quick Ship version different?
The Quick Ship program offers select designs in stock and ready to ship immediately, bypassing the typical lead time. This Jenny Glass version is identical in materials and quality to the standard Jenny sconce—it's simply available for faster delivery.
Is the size surprising?
Yes—this is an overscaled design. The blown glass globe and curved enameled aluminum arm create visual weight. Measure your wall space beforehand to ensure it fits the intended location, especially if you are placing it in a hallway or above a vanity.
Frequently asked questions
- What is included in the box?
- The sconce comes with the mounting hardware and a clear installation guide. The glass globe is pre-attached to the arm, so you only need to mount the backplate to your junction box.
- Does it require special bulbs?
- Yes—the fixture uses a standard medium-base bulb (not included). An LED bulb is recommended to keep the glass globe cool and maintain the fixture's clean look.
- Can it be dimmed?
- Yes, when paired with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer switch. This lets you adjust the ambiance from bright task lighting to a soft glow.
- How do I clean the glass globe?
- Wipe the glass with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or sprays that could damage the enameled aluminum or brass finish. For routine dusting, a microfiber cloth works best.
