The solid brass construction feels incredibly sturdy, and I love being able to swivel the light to exactly where I need it while reading in bed.

The diffuser gives off such a warm, even glow that the whole hallway feels calmer at night, and the solid brass body has a nice heft to it. I’ve already angled it a few times to highlight different corners, and it moves exactly where I need it without any fuss.

The swivel mechanism is surprisingly smooth and stays exactly where you set it, which makes all the difference for reading in bed. The light through the lens-like diffuser is soft enough that it doesn't strain my eyes, but still bright enough to actually see by.
