The Petite Centric Mesh wall sconce is a stately take on French modernism, featuring a spun metal mesh shade. A more compact version of our wildly popular Centric fixture, the Centric Petite Mesh is a handsome piece that works well in both modern and traditional interiors. This line pays homage to the midcentury lighting designs of Mathieu Matégot, breathing new life into his signature medium of Rigitulle: perforated metal.

I mounted it in the hallway and the light pattern through the mesh is really beautiful at night. The size is perfect for a smaller wall space without feeling too delicate.

The spun metal mesh shade gives off such a beautiful, soft glow—it’s exactly what my reading nook needed. The smaller size fits perfectly beside my armchair without overwhelming the wall.

Installed this in my hallway and the spun metal mesh gives off such a warm, diffused glow. The compact size is perfect for the narrow space, and it feels solidly made.
